There's no place like NYC and there's no week like #NYTechWeek. It was an incredible experience filled with demos, panels, hackathons, and networking with some of the best operators in the world.
The absolute highlight for me was taking the stage during our event, 'AI-Powered Roleplay for Real-World Sales Results.' I had the pleasure of sharing insights from my 20 years of building conversational AI and voice technology products, and discussing how they have revolutionized training.
Being on the panel with my co-founder Paul Burani and our CTO Chad Ozgur, and moderated by the amazing Jaime Schwarz, was an absolute pleasure. It left me with renewed excitement about how AI can be used to augment human ability and create 'teachable moments at scale,' as Paul so eloquently put it.
We also did a live demo of Atlas Primer Roleplay. Our brave volunteer, Jaime, had the challenging task of convincing a confrontational AI to take a second meeting. Live demos are always a gamble, but this one went so well that some attendees thought it was pre-recorded!
It was a fantastic event with 235 registered attendees at the beautiful Verci Flatiron, complete with Ess-a-Bagels to keep the energy high. A huge thank you to everyone who came and made it such a memorable day.
